It was truly a wonderful experience. Clean and tidy room, very kind staff, I don't know what rating to give, the kitchen was really good. Chefs and waiters 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 Stunning swimming pools, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, tanning shower and waterfall tub, including the girls who were inside. The nice thing is that they also love animals and that's why it was possible to bring our loves there. On the other hand, it has always been said that those who love animals have a noble and good heart. We immediately got on well with the other families, we were, including the staff, a big family. We will return as soon as possible. I recommend everyone to go there at least once and you will see that you will then return again. My parents were there for lunch on Sunday, they opted for an à la carte lunch because they could NOT eat side dishes and desserts. They took starters and first courses identical to those included in the set lunch, despite this they still paid €40 per person. Having pointed this out to the owner, he was told that "we know the à la carte one costs more", but I reiterate that the dishes were identical to those of the fixed one. In conclusion, the owner began by saying "don't teach me how to do my job and no one is forcing you to come back". Immorality and lack of welcome and at this point I would say lack of professionalism.

Restaurant September 2023 We opt for a pizza Arrived around 9pm The restaurant had half the tables occupied. Very large room (well-managed spaces with optimal distances) As soon as we arrive a young girl welcomes us and lets us choose the table. We sit down and they promptly ask what to drink. They leave the menu to choose the pizza A few minutes and the ordered drinks arrive. Once the pizza was ordered, the orders arrived in a few minutes. Classic Neapolitan pizza with a high edge, it's not my favorite perhaps because I love "crispy" dough, simple personal taste, nothing to say about these wonderful pizzas. Very stuffed with really excellent and fresh raw materials. Beer, water, bottle of Coca-Cola, 2 pizzas €30 Really a good price given the current market Fast and professional but very young waiters who were visibly insecure 4 stars because the place is quite dated. It would be appropriate to make some updates.

The service is a bit unhelpful, especially the reception who is disrespectful while asking for information I really felt terrible because I had booked a table at 10pm INSIDE and a room for 6 but they gave us a table outside with 10° accusing us that I had not specified whether inside or outside, and we they gave a sofa bed instead of 2 beds. Very good food and very clean and well-equipped rooms

July 2023. Excellent for the quality of the food, the structure and the price. Kindness, attention and helpfulness of the staff are a positive component of the opinion. The management of air conditioning in the rooms needs to be improved. Recommended to people who wish to spend a holiday in a pleasant and quiet place without spending a lot. The swimming pools and the SPA are good. We had a very good lunch at the restaurant in another period. We will definitely return!
